It`s the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G perfect candidate to reign in the market: its S-Pen will dazzle the most demanding professionals - "It's huge." That's the first thing I thought when I received the new Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G, the best mobile from the Korean company to date.

However, although the first impression referred only to size, as the days went by I realized that this adjective could be applied to the whole. The renovation of the famous South Korean pen phablet will delight all those with a creative mind, as well as those busy business executives looking for a device that allows them to do anything.

And it is that with this device you will be able to manage several apps at once in multitasking mode without complications not only thanks to its huge screen, but also to its performance or the accuracy of its S-Pen —which, by the way, has been renewed in features and localization this year—. But that's not all: you couldn't miss anything in the connectivity section.

It is noted that the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G has come to cope with the best of the high-end. But will he manage to lead her? Keep reading to find out...

Possibly, the Samsung Galaxy 20 Ultra is the largest mobile phone you've ever tested. It is difficult to manage with one hand, which makes it a little uncomfortable for punctual things.

However, this also has its positive side. Managing any app or viewing any content is much easier and more practical, as its screen is giant.

Its matt metal finishes make it an elegant design, discreet and very suitable for your audience. Also, the prints are not left marked.

The color I've been trying is the Mystic Bronze that I personally love.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G features a 6.9-inch Infinity-O Dynamic AMOLED 2x display with WQHD+ (3,088 x 1,440 pixels) resolution.

This technology allows you to see bright and real colors, as well as pure blacks.

To this is added that it has a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz, which allows the panel to go much more fluid. The same device allows you to choose whether you want to configure it with standard resolution or Adaptable. The first makes all the apps run at 60Hz to increase the autonomy of the terminal, while the second allows to reach 120Hz to adapt the refreshment if the app allows —if not, manages it at 60Hz -. Personally I preferred to opt for the second option, as I think it is the best way to squeeze all the goodness of the terminal.

Overall, it's one of the best panels you'll see in 2020, as not only is it particularly fluid, but any content will look at spectacular quality.

In addition, its protection is in charge of Corning Gorilla Glass 7 —it is the first mobile that incorporates this feature - which will be especially practical for those users with slippery hands.

In Europe, the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G comes with an Exynos 990 with 12 GB of RAM that will be more than enough for any user. In fact, I have had no problems when it comes to having several open apps open, managing multitasking mode or playing some demanding game.

If last year I liked the S-Pen and its features, this year they have surpassed, but I will start at the beginning.

The famous Samsung stylus that accompanies the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G changes its location: it is now located at the bottom left. Although it is true that I prefer the location of last year because I am right-handed (before I was on the lower right side), it has not been difficult to get used to this change of course.

In the previous generation the S-Pen had a latency of 23 milliseconds, while now this time has been reduced to 9 milliseconds —that's very little—. It is true that the strokes are somewhat complicated due to the camera module in the back, but it is true that you can put a holster and the problem is solved. If not, you can always hold it with one hand and draw or aim with the other.

Among its new features is the ability to control the gestures of the new pen while pressing the side button. Thus, you can connect your mobile to a screen and manage, among other things, a Power Point presentation by clicking on the side button.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 comes with direct access to Pen Up, a creative community where you can not only express your art, you can also learn to color, draw or simply enjoy the talent there is.

So, you'll have the option to follow live drawings (which are like a kind of online lessons to learn to draw), make your own creations, participate in contests or just get carried away.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G will give you a day of autonomy, but don't ask for much more. It is true that it is enough for one mobile, but since it overcomes the barrier of 1,000 euros, I would have liked it to either manage its resources better, or come more relaxed.

The device supports a charge of 45W, but comes with a 25W. in case you do not have activated the superfast charge, in 1 hour you will have half of the terminal charged, and full in just over 1 hour and a half. If activated, 50% will be in 30 minutes and 100% in an hour and a quarter, approximately.

On a technical level, the camera takes a step back from the S20 Ultra, but it is true that I liked the one of this device more. The reason? It's more usable. Both offer a lot of versatility, but the fact is that the Note 20 Ultra is more sensible. In part, because its 50x zoom is made much more practical than its younger brother's 100x, plus the focus is much faster thanks to the ToF sensor being replaced by a laser. The final configuration looks like this:

- Main 108 megapixel f / 1.8: this lens will allow you to get a crop called " super resolution "(enlarge a piece of the photo without losing quality). In addition, you can select smaller but brighter photos, thanks to pixel binning technology.
12 megapixel f/3.0 telephoto with 5x optical: for details. You can go up to 50x, yes, hybrid.
- Wide angle 12 megapixel f / 2.2: for landscapes or group photos.

In general it has offered me a lot of versatility and good results, but it stands out more outdoors than indoors. Then you'll be able to see why.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G is an off-road mobile that stands out in areas such as screen, outdoor camera or performance. However, it has left me somewhat cold in the autonomy it offers.

Despite this, it will be the ideal mobile for those executives who need a demanding terminal that does not leave them hanging in meetings with customers, who want to maximize the capabilities thanks to their S-Pen and who want to bring the multitasking mode to the maximum splendor.

I also see it very suitable for creatives, designers or any other kind of profession of this type, as they will be able to create and be inspired by their large and wide community.

However, their 1,299 euros are not available to every pocket, which can push many back.
